On March 1, 2008, KPK Hospitality Services, LLC was selected to provide management as the interim CEO of this 5 year old investment holding company with the vision to create the “next great National Park Lodge” in the heart of the World Heritage park known as Redwoods National and State Parks in Humboldt County. The position provides for oversight of a small lodging and camping complex plus an interpretive program for visitors to the park. The primary goal is to prepare development plans for the major capitalization required to fulfill the vision. John Koeberer was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors at the same time and will lead the search for a full time CEO over the near term.
